Designed for HR professionals with responsibility for evaluating functional effectiveness, HR measurement and utilising VB-HR™.Rating within their organisations. The VB-HR™ Rating Practitioner series provides four levels of accreditation in the VB-HR™ Rating.
Four levels of accreditation are available with three courses. Each sub-course is typically one day in duration, although these are combined into two day programmes that include all three courses within one level of accreditation. A five day programme, covering two levels in their entirety, is also available.
The VB-HR™ Rating Practitioner participant is likely to have had at least 5-8 years professional HR experience and may have already been accredited as an HC Practitioner.

This combination of theoretical basis and applied knowledge will help individuals to apply leading-edge HR diagnostic framework within their own organisations, giving them specific insights and approaches to make their roles more effective, whilst demonstrating the contribution of the HR function.
Dependent on the stage in their career, participants accredited as VB-HR™ Rating Practitioners are likely to progress to the Intermediate or Advanced HC Practitioner, or to the CHCO Advanced Certificate.
