Designed for HR professionals with a particular focus on internal and/or external reporting, including HR measurement and scorecards, the HC Reporting Practitioner series provides accreditation in aspects of working with reporting frameworks and providing detailed analysis of their findings.
The HC Reporting Practitioner series consists of 6 courses. These are typically one day in duration, although in certain circumstances these are combined into two and three day programmes. An intensive five day programme is available to allow participants to complete all six courses within one week.
Participants are likely to have had at least 5-8 years professional HR experience and may have already been accredited as an HC Practitioner.
The six modules set out a standardised framework for internal and external HC Reporting and provide participants with ratio analysis and modelling techniques to derive specific human capital and organisational insights from their reporting (with linkage to a human capital scorecard).
This combination of theoretical basis and applied knowledge will help individuals to develop human capital reporting frameworks and reports for internal and external use. The use of advanced analytical techniques will help participants develop individual expertise and insight, to advance their specialism and help enhance functional and organisational performance.
Dependent on the stage in their career, participants accredited as HC Reporting Practitioners are likely to progress to the Intermediate or Advanced HC Practitioner, or to the CHCO Advanced Certificate.
