HC Practitioner Series

This overall HC Practitioner series of programmes is designed predominantly for professionals working within the HR function, up to and including Director level. Professionals will typically be part- or fully-CIPD qualified, although this is not necessarily a specific requirement.

Additional guidance is provided on the participant profile within the details on each series to ensure that participants are able to select the most appropriate development. The course catalogue provides further insight to content and scheduling.

Individual courses are designed to provide participants with deep commercial insight, backed up with case study material and leading-edge approaches. These cover all aspects of human capital management, measurement, and reporting, and have been designed to build upon traditional HR qualifications, being practically and commercially focused.

Completion of the relevant modules within each course leads to the award of the related Certificate, with different levels available to reflect depth of knowledge and practical insight/application.

Each course within the HC Practitioner series is one day in duration, although two, three and five day events are also available to provide further options allowing for a more intensive and cost-effective development experience.
