The Advanced HC Practitioner Certificate series builds on insights gained in the HC Practitioner courses, to investigate broader aspects of human capital management and associated aspects of HR functional effectiveness.
This Advanced HC Practitioner Certificate course is comprised of 9 courses which are each typically 1 day in duration, although a number of options in terms of two and three day courses are also provided.
The programme is equally appropriate for senior HR managers who are looking to take on expanded roles, or other HR practitioners with 10+ years' experience. Participants may be already accredited as an Intermediate Certificate HC Practitioner.
The nine separate modules are intended to provide participants with a combination of theoretical appreciation, applied techniques and leading-edge insights into managing and measuring human capital within organisations, and into related, advanced aspects of HR functional performance. Accordingly, the nine courses fall into three main themes: advanced human capital management practice; HR functional leadership; and advanced supporting tools and concepts.
The Advanced HC Practitioner series is intended to deepen participant understanding of the concepts introduced and explored in the HC Practitioner Certificate and Intermediate Certificate, whilst introducing core skills, techniques and commercial insights that will assist the individual in taking up leadership roles within their organisation.
Dependent on the stage in their career, participants accredited as Advanced HC Practitioners are likely to progress to the CHCO Advanced Certificate.
